Cancellation/Return Policy:

Sometimes, you may want to return an order. Perhaps the product isn't quite what you expected, or there's another reason why you no longer want the order. Whatever the reason may be, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. However, the cost of returning the product to the online store is your responsibility, which typically amounts to approximately €7.25 per package. Please consult your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the amount owed within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been received back in good condition.

If the product is damaged or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged for return.
