How can I contact you the easiest?
One of the easiest ways of contacting me is through my facebook page or via instagram, here we can chat easily. Of course you can also mail me via info@shonarpets.com. Calling is also possible from 12:30 till 17:00 Monday through friday, outside these times you can alway message me via Whatsapp
Question about shipping and delivery time
When will my order be shipped?
I Currently ship my orders on Tuesday and Thursday. So your order will be shipped within 3 working days. If this is not possible due to any circumstances, you will receive a message immediately.
Please note that shipping takes longer with personalized products! This is because these products are made to order and according to your wishes. Want to know more about personalized products? How much does shipping cost
The shipping costs for the Netherlands are as follows:
- €2,- for orders that fit in an envelope (without track & trace)
- €4,- for orders that fit through the letterbox
- €6,50 for orders with larger or heavier products
The shipping costs for Belgium are:
- €3,50 for orders that fit in an envelope (without track & trace)
- €10,- for orders with larger or heavier products
When will my order arrive?
Usually, your order will be shipped the next shipping day between 9:00 and 18:00. If not, it will be shipped the following day during the same time frame. If it takes longer than expected or if something seems amiss, please feel free to contact me. We'll work together to identify the issue and resolve any problems promptly!
Questions about custom products
What are custom products?
Personalized products are items made to order upon request. For example, these could include stickers featuring your own pets or variations that you would like but aren't listed among the options.
Where can i find custom products?
For now, the only option available for personalization is the "Rats variation sticker." You can find this option on the product page of that sticker, among the color choices.
How do custom product work?
If there are personalized products in your order, I will contact you to discuss what you would like, and then I will create it for you. Sometimes I may need to order the final product. For example with stickers, I will draw the design, send it to the sticker maker, and then the stickers will be sent to me. Once they arrive I will check them for quality and if everything is in order, they will be shipped to you.
